question about headers.. stupit question hehe

i know this is stupit question SO plz dont flame me

is headers same thing as exhaust manifold/pipe.. what ever (that thing that compressed gas go from strokes to exhaust) I know this is hard to understand so give me break and try to understand... ok i will draw a photo:

headers are exhaust manifolds, yes. they are also called extractors.
