Default MOVED: n00b muffler question

With a muffler like this one here

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2403772083&category=33 636

Is there anything wrong with getting a muffler like this one? I don't care about performace unless it's going to bring it DOWN any. I just want a deeper/louder exhaust note and sound. I don't have the time or money for an entire exhaust system. I'd also love to keep the dual tip look.

Is this thing garbage or would it help (From the sound point of view)

Any recommendations for another muffler for this application?

I put a muffler like this(APC) on my car(elantra).
I hated it. it was sooooo loud. it made my car sound like it was farting. it was louder than my 300 watt stereo!!!!. I chopped it off and bought something more quiet.

If you want to wake up all of your neighbors when you start you car go with this one.

If you know it is a "n00b" question, then why not post it in the Newbie Forum?
