No the accent has a different TB, but the beta TB can be made to fit with little modifications. The Beta TB's are the same sizes for auto and manual I believe, however the accent TB's (at least for the LC versions) differ from auto to manual, the auto tb is about .5 inches smaller then the manual.

I swap to the tib tb on my car with much easy. The tb is basically the same only the butterflr is bigger and it doesn't tapper down like a half inch towards the center. The Butterfly is about the same size as the port on my Im. It didn't give me alot of power ... but it did give me throttle response. Also, the fact that its bigger will benifit me longer down the road as i keep removing restriction as i move closer to opeing up all the bottlenects I can. The some moderate boost is in my plans.:rambo::evil:

Accent 1st gen TB : 44 mm diameter
Accent 2nd gen TB : 46mm diameter
1.8 and 2.0L Beta engines TB : 54mm diameter...

Twin TB setup (2x 1.5L or 1.6L TB) is like 65mm diameter TB
Twin TB setup (1.5L or 1.6L TB + 1.8L or 2.0L TB) is like 71 mm diameter TB (my setup)
Twin TB setup (2x 1.8L or 2.0L TB) is like a 76 mm diameter TB
