Default butterfly valve help

i am going to attempt to port and polish my tb and im. where would i get a 58mm butterfly valve for the new larger tb. Also is it nessecary, i was reading on fextreme.com and it said nothing about a new valve. Also when doing the actual porting is it done by drilling through it or grind it down. On that site it said he drilled through it to save time. another site had a p&p kit that just involved grind tools to hook up to the drill(this way makes much more sense to me then drilling 4mm holes in a circle then grinding the ridges down anyway. hit me back greatly apprciate

I took mine to a machine shop. $40. They did a great job boring it out. They made me a 58mm plate. The plate does not seal and my idle is very irratic.

I would not try to bore your throttle body yourself. It has to he exactly round for the disc to fit. I did my IM it was easy.
