Does anybody know on how to make an X3 accent sound like a Integra Type R they sound so sweet.... No swaps just using the plain old 1,5L

If you want to your car to sound like an acura...Get an acura.

I like my Hyundai and do not want it to be anything like a Hackura!!!:rambo:

Stick with what you got. Hyundais with big exhaust = Farting/pooping sound.

You are the first that I know who wants to have you Hyundai sound like a Honda Would it not be better if you install the divice that gives you the sound of turbo BOV?

DOHC
intake
header, NO cat-back exh.

You will need to increase the valve lift and duration (causing valve overlap) which means you will need a new cam. You will also need to raise the engine's capable redline by about 3000RPM, which would require basically a completely reworked head (new cam, rollers, valves, etc), new pistons and rods and a lightened crank.

Basically, it won't happen.

I just kidding.....with the correct muffler, the Accent engine has quite a nice sound

PS: I do know some ricers where I am who installed that device....the sound is actually quite nice......stupid...but nice.
