Ok, talked to ssautochrome and here it is:

On the headers the benefits are these:

On 97-00 You have the ability to use one, and Plug one
On 00-01 there are 2 bungs, and they are perfect for the Cel reader

Thanks

if there r two bungs, then where are they located. Even if there are two, you still need to put a cat in between them...

One is on the Header close to the top and the other is on the bottom piece with the flexpipe.

With OBX headers they have 2 holes. One is for the first O2 sensor up on the side. The second hole is to be used if you don't care about the CEL light. The CEL light WILL come on unless you re-route the 2nd O2 sensor to behind the remaining cat. Just take it to a muffler place and they should have the needed parts, you'll need a new bunghole(the nut you screw it into) to screw the O2 sensor in(hehehe he said he was gonna screw something in his bunghole...hehehe).
It cost me about 27.50 all together (2.5 for the bunghole and 25.00 for the labor)
you MIGHT have to extend the wiring if it doesn't reach...I recommend that if you can make it reach without splicing do you hardest to make it reach cause splicing is a pain in the A$$!!!
Hope this helps..good luck
ohhh almost forgot...you'll need to leave the nut the provide in the second hole on the headers...when you do PUT SOME SEALANT ON IT BEFORE you screw it on!!! I had it come off on me when I was driving down the road at about 60 mph and it sounded like my tire blew...but I ended up having to go to the hardware store to find something else to plug the hole...so do yourself a favor and seal it good!!
