Default Header problems

OBX is having a monthly special of theirs and may-june is the tiburon header.
for 275 dollars, id be dum not to be considering to be looking into buying them, but im having some problems. as i looked around the boards ive been getting the same feedback on them, there is no 2nd bung for my o2 sensors, so ill need to drill a second hole behind the cat to put the sensor in?
the header replaces one of my cats? the o2 sensor's wiring isnt long enuff to reach past the cat to make things worse? right?

but just general questions i have are things like, what REAL gains are from them, they CLAIM 17 hp but i think thats crap, either wheel or crank, especially wheel. and i looked around at the site and they said they were in north carolina, so a shipment to PA would be less then a week right????

so whats everyones opinion on these headers? is it worth it?

ive done searches and i didnt get the info i really needed, i only got more confused.:depressed:

There a good deal I think. Dweet has his and he happy. If you don't have an exhaust see if they will give you a deal on OBX exhaust too.

You will have to extend the wires and place the 1st sensor in the header and the second after you cat (a hight flow cat to match is also recomended). one guy posted that you dont hace to cut the wires, just open the loom and there is more wire to stretch out. So that might work.

yeah one of the posts i found was that guy tellin u dont have to cut the wires but u would only have to open it up and pull it out, with my luck, illl yoink too hard and rip the sensor wiring out completely.

as far as hi-flo cats is concerned, thats my next mod but i need to kno the piping size before i order...there is a company called xtremeflo who makes a cat for tiburons, its either 2 and 1/4 inch piping or 2 and 1/2 inch. both are $124.99 but i dont kno which piping size i have. i asked their tech guy and he said 2 and 1/4. is he right?

edit, heres the link for xtremeflo

stock size is 2.25 " but if you are going with the OBX header its bore size is 2.5" and if you are going with a catback its diameter is also 2.5" so you are better off going with a 2.5" hi-flo cat like did

I sent you an email, I can get them cheaper shipped to your door with gaskets than that.
