I decided to throw in a quick how to on this since someone asked about it in dweets post on his own install. Like Dweet, I used the OBX 4-2-1 header.
Heres mostly what I needed (may have forgot to put a few things in here): A rachet set with a bunch of different sizes (10mm, 14mm, 15mm, and 16mm I believe), some scissors that will cut metal, jack stands, and some gaskets.
I started mine by unbolting the heat shield that covered the stock header. Before you do this, you might as well unbolt the 3 bolts from the power steering motor thing because that will definately help later on.
Once the shield is off, unbolt the 9 bolts that are in the front of the header. There are also bolts under the car. Once everything is off, rip it out. Well, that was pretty easy, and its not too tough as you continue.
Next, like Dweet did, take out the fan on the pasenger side. This is held in by 4 bolts, using a 10mm socket you can easily take this out. Now put the new gasket in place and slide the header down from the top. I put the bolts on losely just so the header would stay there, but i still have some ability to move it a little. Now to under the car, where you connect the piece that the O2 sensor will plug into. So hook all that up with the gaskets as well. Now that everythign is in place, go back through and tighten everything up real good so it wont fall off
Drop the fan back into place, adn hook your power steering stuff back up and you are ready to go.
If you run into a problem, like I did, where the bolt is so rusted that you cant get it to losen, go buy a can of MAPP Gas. It comes in a yellow bottle andyou can get it at Auto Zone I believe. You will also need a torch handle so that you can heat the crap out of the bolt until it is almost cherry red, then pop that bad boy loose. Have plent of patience if you have to do that.
Well, that is a general over view. If you are planning on doing this, and you can any questions, let me know.

Oh yes, my Tib is an auto tranny if that means anything. And there was no tapping, filing, or anything like that needed to get it to fit, just plop it in
