2 things i can think of
1. check to see if the maf was installed correctly i heard of cars stalling out after it was put in backwards after CAI installs
2. check how the O2 sensors were installed there should be one before cat and one after the cat

edit just noticed you had a 1997 tib if im correct theres only one o2 make sure it was even pluged in

I would take the car back to who you had install everything and tell him wtf. Also are you sure the MAF sensor is not backwards? That is kind of what it sounds like to me.... about both of those readings im not sure , after I installed my intake I was having a couple problems due to the I.T. sensor (I think) I had got several different readings that made no sense lol after that my check engine light went off and I never had another problem lol. Check the maf sensor one more time =-) Other than that just talk to the guy who installed it all...

ok do this. try to start your car and put your foot on the gas. after it roars to life, keep your foot on the gas and go to about 1000 rpm. if it stalls then, its something else. if it doesn't stall until you let the gas go, its your throttle position. look on your throttle body and there's a hex nut. start to turn it clockwise and start the car again. if your idle is way high, turn the hex nut the other way. lemme know if this helps.

^ probably isn't your problem tho. just remove your maf and put it in backwards. just to do it.
