Default About Big Bore Throttle Body

I was wondering which are the improvements expected from a big bore throtle.
Does this increase horse powers and/or torque?
Fuel compsumition will raise? (Of course yes), but can you manage to keep it as used to be in normal driving?
I think it is said that it gives more low end power, no?
And sure it does for the top end, no?

Are there any technical questions to keep in mind if this mod is done?? (Of course I'll do a reset to the ECU!)

bottom of page. i got the SR 58mm throttle body. it did add a few horses around 3krpm but unless you get the intake manifold port matched (and even polished) you wont get any real gains..

just don't go way huge like a 70mm.
im thinking about upgrading to the 70mm throttle body/im for my turbo. but that's only good for a turbo. 58mm is good for n/a
