Default Would you recomend this?

On this web site this guy use's a dremel to bore out his TB and IM. Obviously it worked for him but how hard would it be to do. Could it damage the TB and IM. http://www.qksltwo.com/tb.html

it could do damage if you are not extreamly careful and have steady hands. As he mentioned.. DO NOT touch where the throttle plate meets the Body.. you need a good seal there to keep the car running at idle...

What you are doing is ramming more air into the TB itself.. but with proper smoothing and shaping of the port.. you can increase the velocity of the air past the throttle Plate.. Velocity MAKES hp... just hogging it out will increase top end power.. but till kill your low end where the air cannot build up enough speed...

Grinding out your Intake is a good idea.. especially if you go with a LARGER TB. You will need to match the ports to take advantage of the larger TBs intake.. Just be EXTREAMLY careful of metal shavings doing into the engine.. they can do a LOT of damage.
