Default 2000 Elantra Muffler Question.

Hey guys i've done alittle searching on this and I'm more confused now than before I started. Here's the deal I would like to go to a twin muffler set up on my 2000 Elantra. I'm not concerned about the rice factor and i'm not a full time racer. The car is mainly a daily driver but also will be a show car. My questions are if I go with a 2 muffler setup will I loose horse power? If so can I set it up so that I don't? I've heard mention of using a T pipe to accomplish this? Also, I understand you get what you pay for, but for the application my car serves would the $40 "Bomb", "Dragon", and such mufflers from Ebay be sufficient? If not could anyone make some muffler suggestions? I would like to go the can muffler route for now. I do plan on re-working my exhaust system later on down the road but it will be a while and right now I would like something that works and looks good with my new body kit.

Thanks for the help guys!
