More about fuel pumps
I've been looking around with the fuel pumps a Raising Rate Fuel management units, that are used for forced induction.
The thing is that I asked time ago, if a bigger fuel pum in a stock engine, would make any difference to the performance.
Now I can answer my self: No, because the extra fuel that is sent, goes back to the tank, so just a bigger fuel pump, won't make difference in a stock engine car.
Second: The Low boost turbo guys (5-7 psi), can increase the fuel presure to the stock inyectors just adding a raising fuel presure regulator (RRFMU), that increases the fuel presure under boost. This can work with the stock fuel pump, at the limit. If you try to get more power (>45HP) then the stock fuel pump will not be enough, and you'll break your engine! But is a "cheap" way (Less expensive) to get turboed.
Wish I'm right, so this can help someone to know a little more! :nervous:
