so will the header from ebay will give about 15 WHP? how much should i expect from header, highflow cat, resonator, and 2.25 all the way to the straight thru muffler?

all of those together might get you 12whp. and that's it. BETA's take real bad to n/a mods.

12 WHP is like a 10% increase over stock. This is probably about the same % increase as you would see for a Mustang or similar car, only they are at much higher HP to begin with. It's not that the Beta responds horribly to NA, its just that you can only do so much with a 2.0L engine without force-feeding it or spending incredible amounts of money.

i just installed the header, i feel a little gain from the stop and then startin at 4000 rpm, also my car is spinning wheels when i floor it (its an automatic)
