Default Entire exhaust available as bolt-ons?

Is it possible to get an exhaust system from headers all the way back to the muffler where everything is bolt on?

From everything I've read it seems like the cat at a minimum would require custom work and possible the headers or after cat would require an O2 sensor bung. I really want to do the install myself, but I can't do flange welding or pipe cutting.

I'm hoping for a Merry Christmas this year, so looking at:
AEM intake + bypass
Headers - OBX 4-2-1s or a 4-1 set.. not sure which yet.
High Flow Cat
MBRP

Should be good for 20-25 hp right? Tide me over while I save up for a WRX STi

What kind of car do you have? because it depends if it'll be a bolt on, but even if you do get a full exhaust to bolt right up, you'll have to either do this yourself or take it to a shop to get all the seams welded up so there are no leaks. and thats no matter if you do it yourself or a shop does it.

if you have a tiburon then you can get headers and an exhaust from SSautochrome and it will all bolt right up.. thats my setup... 4-2-1 obx headers into a 2.5" OBX catback exhaust

This would be for my 1999 Tiburon (see my sig).

dweet, so if I didn't replace the cat I can bolt it up, but if I do replace the cat I imagine I'd need Some custom work on the cat to get flanges to match the headers/catback, right?

How restrictive is the stock cat?

How loud is your car with the headers and catback? Wondering if I should go ahead and get it done custom and put a resonator in there as well?

my setup is LOUD... the OBX catback does have a resonator on it but... it needs 2 or something.. but yes the stock cat does bolt right up. let them know you have the 2 flange setup because you dont have a 2001 tib. to get a high flow to mount right you just get a universal and then get 2 2 bolt flanges and get them welded on

Hmmm..... if I get my car too loud the wife will kill me :dead:

Gotta try and get a good compromise between flow and sound... I'd rather be closer to a "sleeper". I guess just putting the headers on really raises the decibels.

Okay, so OBX headers, cat with flanges welded on, then catback. Did you have to get an extra O2 sensor bung put in?

I have the exact setup on my '99 Tib. CAI, OBX headers, high flow cat and the MBRP catback. I can tell you right now you're not gonna get 20-25hp. You're lookin' at more like 15, which is noticeable, but not 20-25. You're only gonna get that with some type of piggyback and some dyno time. All the above will cost you around $1200 if you have the custom exhaust work done. I love my Tib, but man, I'd put that $1200 down on an EVO, NOT an STI, LOL!!!!!8D

haha yeah $1200 is a bit outrageous.. lets see

Catback $210 shipped (SSAutochrome off ebay)
AEM CAI $160 shipped (Ebay)
S-AFCII $280 shipped (Ebay)
Dyno tuning the S-AFC $180 (speedshop)
wow $1000 on the dot
