Default CAI tubing stuff.

Ok I was not sure where to ask this so I came here now this is about a CAI, but I don't raelly have a preper one, lol, al l Idid was extend the air intake scoup a bit but I need more POWER! so I am planning to run the CAI down to where my Fog lights were. What kind of tubing, piping or some sort of intake stuff should I use to run the CAI from the bottom of my car to the air filter? or should I just get the short ricer pipe and make a CAI in the engine?
And by the way I have a 1998 Tiburon.

You could buy a real CAI off e-bay raely cheap ($50) or do you wan't to make your own? Some people have used PVC piping or you can use a dryer vent tube.

I've got some 3" mendrel bent aluminum from JC Whitney and some very nice silicone hose couplings and Tbolts from hosetechniques.com if ya want. I'll sell it to you for cheap. Piping cost me $27 from JCWhitney and the silicone hoses and T-bolts cost me $55 but we can make a deal. LMK. Thanks.

RFH hose from a local hose supply house works quite well. Hell you could even make a complete intake with it. Don't get all worked up over trying to use perfectly smooth steel pipes. You won't notice a difference in the power anyhow.
