4-2-1 Header or 4-1 Header

Which header would give better performance. I heard the 4-2-1 is better, but others tell me 4-1 is. I am planning on getting headers next month and need some info on the two types in for my hyundai to get the best performance to leave the hondas behind me, like one that i raced and left about 1 1/2 car lengths behind me with just an exhaust.<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle>

Is your car an automatic or a manual?

If it's an automatic, you'll pretty much NEED a 4-2-1 to feel the gains as it gives low end torque. If you have a manual, it's your decision whether to go with a 4-2-1 or a 4-1. The 4-1 give more power above 4500 RPM.
