Default Got a new S-AFC II, now what?

Okay, throw me into the newbie forum for not knowing this, but I was told that the S-AFC II would really help performance with all of my upgrades that I will be doing in the next week or so. Once I have it installed, how do I program it? I'd like for once setting to be for crusing (to save gas) and one for racing (to kick a$$) . Or is the English manual pretty easy to understand. Here are my engine mods:
4-2-1 headers
race-cat
2.25" exhaust w/ magnaflow
aem cai
1.8 cam
SR adjustable cam gear
Unorthodox crank pulley
60mm BBTB
60mm port matched IM
A/T cooler
nology wires, plugs, and ignition amp
Earth Grounding kit

Thanks guys. I know I need to get it dynoed, but what do you think the hp #'s are around (99 elantra auto)? (Is there anything else I can do to the engine besides going turbo?)

for best results i recommend bringing your car to the dyno and have them tune it there..

Get a port and polish with a valve job and, unless you plan on going turbo in the future, you can raise your compression, that would help out quite abit. Also a clutch will always be a nice upgrade.
