Default intake/exhaust question

Hello. I have a 1994 hyundai lantra with a CAI and i am thinking of getting and exhaust system for my car. I was thinking i want to get rid of the resonators and i think my cars exhuast stock is what 2" i was thinking of moving to like 2 1/2" piping. i realize that the car is going to be load but will their be a increase in horse power?

with my CAI intake should i run a pipe from the fog light hole to the intake?

Default Re: intake/exhaust question

Hi!.......the best exhaust diameter for your n/a. car is 2.25", anything greater will reduce performance.
It`s a good idea to duct cold air towards your intake, just be sure to terminate the pipe about 3" from the intake`s opening to prevent water ingress if you hit a flood.
Cheers,
Nick.
