Easiest if you unbolt the PS pump and pump mount from the head. Don't undo any lines, just take the pump off the bracket then remove the bracket. Also, remove the fan from the radiator (only need to remove one, you should be able to tell which one).

Hey, screw the damn 02 sensors, i have had only one (upstream) 02 hooked up for the last 6 months no problem.. the other one is just kinda hanging there. it doesnt affect gas mileage at all. i installed the same (4-1) header on my tib, and it was really easy.. all u need to do is take off the passenger side rad. fan and then put the new header back on. email me if u have any questions. if dweet doesnt answer his emails ill talk to him for u.

yeah itll throw a CEL, if u want it to go off, just get an 02 simulator. no matter if u hook up the 2nd sensor or not u might throw the same code cuz u dont have a cat. and if u move it past the 2nd cat u might still get the CEL.

you can 'TRY' to relocate the 2nd o2 sensor, but this doesn't always work.. its not like a bad CEL where your gonna go BOOM.. just tellin the ECU that its not reading right cuz its either dangling there or not hooked up.. just get an o2 simulator if ur worried about CEL, or take the bulb out.. u should know if something is that wrong with ur car..

hey if you're already getting a CEL just unplug the sensor and disconnect it (under the shifter surround, in the dash.. you know) that way you don't risk damaging a perfectly good 4 wire heated o2 sensor with road debris, or so.
