Default Oil & Trans Cooler Kits

is anyone here running Oil and Trans cooler kits?
do they do anything good for your engines.

i am thinking of getting an oil and trans cooler kits, but unsure if they will be useful or just a waste of money. i also have a manual trans, does this effect the cooler better or worse?

An oil cooler would help if you are turboed out. But on a regular engine with simple mods forget it.

A tranny cooler is only for Automatics. Most of them already run a line to the radiator and you run a cooler form that line. On manuals dont have coolers.

If you race or do autocross, it might help. I wouldn't mind having a little something extra cooling my oil if I was constantly at higher rpms and beating my engine. I wouldn't however pay a whole lot for a kit, I'd go to a junkyard and find a decently sized unit from another car or truck.
