I did and they both are causing fault codes. Got tired of the CEL so I ordered the second set (beacuase the first set are lifetime warranty) andf they are triggering the same codes.

LOL, you install a bunch of aftermarket parts on your car and get a CEL and call it a lemon What brand headers do you have on the car?

No I call it a lemon because of the thousands of dollars we have spent on parts for this car trying to keep it on the road that should not have needed to be replaced yet...

Bought the car with 51,000 miles. Junk factory exhaust manifold. Bought header. Found out the factory one was recalled, but it was too late I already replaced it and the old one was in the garbage somewhere.
Transmission starts to fail. (56,000) Call closest Hyundai dealer (3 hours away, Green Bay, WI) to make appointment.
4 weeks later (60,2xx mi) Hyundai tells us there is nothing they can do for us because we are over our mileage for the warranty. Pay no attention that they scheduled us out a month in advance when we told them we were borderline (58,xxx mi). They did fix the seatbelts as per some recall though, gee thanks. They were super annoying before the fix though.
Transmission (65,000)
Three bad wheel bearings (60,000 / 70,000 mi, different corners) & consequently rotors. The rotors are rust-welded onto the hub! The worst design I have ever experienced. I think I will machine down the hub a bit to give the rotors more clearence.
Has had three froze calipers (60,000 / 75,000 mi)
Malfunctioning Mass Air Flow meter (70,000 mi)
Junk front sway bar end links (65,000 mi)
Goes through a headlight about every 3-4 months. Lately one of the front marker lights doesn't come on all the time. It will turn on if I tap the lens cover so it should be an easy fix, but it is just always something with this car.
Junk ball joints (at 55,000 mi it is just too early for factory parts to be failing IMO)

UGGGHHHH!!

This is my wifes daily driver so it is very well maintained. It now has (90,xxx mi) and has been somewhat trouble free for the past 12,000 mi. Only problems were the aformentioned O2 sensor issues and two weeks ago the fuel filter was actually starving the car for fuel. It has been on the car for about two years so it was due to be changed anyways.

The brand header I have is the eBay SSAutoChrome.

The only 'aftermarket' parts I have one the car are the true cold air intake with cone filter, SSAutoChrome header, 2.5" stainless Catco catalytic converter, 2.25" stainless exhaust with 2.5" Flowmaster 50 series polished stainless muffer, Motegi FF6 wheels (gunmetal), Toyo Proxes 4 tires (205/45ZR-16), and stainless steel braided brake hoses.

OK, so they may not be the best products. Who cares, neither is the Tiburon. It fit good and looks cool. Not to mention is way better then the factory manifold catalytic converter. It is stainless steel and has nice looking welds.
Why would I spend double the money for a brandname one? True it might make an additional 2HP, but I got a header & exhaust for the price of the brandname header.
