Default Timing advance kit

A guy on ebay is selling a timing advance kit for the Hyundai Tiburon and Elantra. He claims it adds 20 hp at the wheels. It works by making your engine's computer think it is getting more cold air. Easy to install... Is this for real?

This kinda burns me.
Its not TImming advance. Its tricking your computer to run rich. Fine good great. But WITH OUT AIR ITLL DO SNOT.
Sorry I am not flamming you just its a ripoff.
One if you don't have A CAI get one, make one, steal one or ask your fav god to mail you one (the last one I have found never works)

If you want to play with your timming or A/F ratio http://apexi-usa.com/ makes both. But they need Dyno tunning.

So it will work with a CAI and catback and other mods? It sounds shady...but who really knows? Anyone? Red? Cheuk? Random?

Yeah I emailed him and I got this reply.

quote:
Sorry, I do not have a pic. This is a small hardware device that taps into your computer. It works with cold air kits, custom chips, etc. It is very easy to install and requires no tools and about 5 minutes of your time. This can be uninstalled in about 10 seconds. This works very effective especially for the money. Thanks for your interest and feel free to ask me any more questions. If you want, you can have it right now for 20.00 shipped. I take paypal at nossprayedz28@aol.com.

That sounds like a big load of monkey dung. He's like, ya ya, CAI...and he's thinking, "what the hell is a CAI"?
