Default all Elantra headers fit 00-03 1.6L Accents?

Is it true that all Elantra headers fit 00-03 1.6L DOHC Accent engines?

shark racing says
1996-2001 Tiburon 1.8/2.0
2003-2005 Tiburon 2.0
1996-2005 Elantra 1.8/2.0
1995-2005 Accent 1.3/1.5/1.6
can all fit the same headers

If this is true I can ebay headers that will be half the price of the ones they sell on evo fusion

I know what my headers look like, and i know what the 1.6 ones do. And they are WAAY different. The heads are not the same either. And the exhaust goes completely different. There is NO way they work.

Trust me.

1996-2001 Tiburon 1.8/2.0 1996-2001 Elantra 1.8/2.0 are interchangeable, but nothing else. Everything is wrong.

now I'm confused why they would put 2003-2005 Tiburon 2.0 in the mix

but the rest of them all work with the same size and everything?

1996-2001 Tiburon 1.8/2.0
2003-2005 Tiburon 2.0
1996-2005 Elantra 1.8/2.0

all of those are interchangable. The beta manifold will not directly bolt to an alpha... you might be able to make it... but it wont be easy.

A decent/cheap upgrade for the beta2 is to run a 1.8 beta (no cat) manifold. Its 100% bolt up at the head, but I think the other flange needs to be tweaked a little.

ONLY 96-01 tib will work with ONLY 96-01 Elantra.

As much as you hope they will work on an accent they wont.

guess that clears up most of the confusion.

lets see what shark racing says about it.
the more I try to confirm their site information, the more they seem like a bunch of clueless kids.

is it just me or does shark racing have no clue?!

That just means they have headers for all those applications . They ask for your model and year if you order.
