No offense man but D*mn!, only 2 cubic feet more air (is that 2cfm?), I'm sorry to bee a skeptik but I'll believe it when I see it.
OK now for the real answer as to why I don't think it will work: Your engine sucks in so much air in it's stock form that I don't believe that this electric motor can pump much more than that if any. I know the air velocity changes with throttle position (more throttle, more/faster air). Now I'm not the physics expert buit I'm sure there will be someone who can explain it better.

It doesn't push enough air is one reason it won't work.

okay, but I'm not trying to swirl my air, I'm trying to force it in right?
.....I would think that if I am pushing air while it is being sucked in, I would still benefit from just having it suck the air in???????????
or do I owe you an apology?

lol

well, the electric turbo thingy isn't strong enough to push the amount of air needed to create any performance at all
a turbo recerculates(sp?) exhaust gas to get more power into the motor. an electric turbothingy tries to force more air into the motor using an electric fan source if im not mistaken, which i usually am:nervous:.

so, i mean the concept is correct but i don't see it working for a long long long long long time if not ever

not enough power and just not physically possible or turbos of today wouldn't be here but these thingies would

Who's got money burning a hole in their pocket? I say someone buys this thing, takes pics of the install, and does before and after dynos. Me or HP.com can post the whole shabang on the web and whenever anyone asks about the electric turbo, give 'em the link!

That's an idea. Maybe we'll look into it just to put all these question to rest.
