Would a 03 Lancer Evo engine fit into a 2001 Accent, I know I just have to ask this:

you won't have enough. The size of that task would just be too large. swap a beta instead.

Well..

Yeah it will fit.

You looking at
$4k for an evo motor.
$3k for an evo tranny and convert it to fwd. more money fi your convert to awd.

probably another $1k in labor to get it working.

True, but damn there asking about 30K for the damn thing. I'm just trying to get the most bang for the buck w/ out getting a new car.
