Which wires to buy

Ok I suppose this question belongs here and since I am scratching my head and suspecting the answer is obvious, well here it is anyways.

Is there a difference on my 02 Accent GS or is this simply a matter of the buyer needing two wires or a whole set?

You'd want to match all your wires... you might as well get the 4 for the complete set.

Unless you have these specific wires already and you just need to replace 2 of 'em but i'd feel safer with the complete set.
