Installing Foglights in a '99 Tiburon

I have taken a look at my foglights, and they don't turn on, so I assume there are no bulbs in them. I want to buy the xenon white lights, but don't know how to install the foglights, could someone please tell me how to get to them! Thankyou.

couple of thing and places to look before nyou go ripping things apart. In the fuse panal by your feet is a fuse for the fogs and radio (I think) and inside the box in front of the driver's side wheel well in the engine compartment.. right next to the battery is all your relays.. there is a fuse in there as well JUST for the fogs... if they check out, crawl under the car and start unscrewing the plastic panals so you can get at the back of the fogs...
