you would set your timer to a certain time to let the engine idle for say 3 minutes...while it idles, you won't be in the car, so make it so that your alarm would arm itself after you exit the car.
corky bell suggests using high quality single viscosity synthetic oil, changed every 2000 miles, and let the engine idle for 30 seconds before shutdown. if you can live with a 30 second idle shutdown, maybe a turbo timer isn't necessary.
Yeah. I was thinking about that, Except my alarm has the starter kill function on it and it's smart enough to tell the car is still running and then goes into a stolen thing or something like that where you cant start it again once it's stopped.
