Default Is it ready to have some race?

I know nothing so newbie forum is right place for people like me.

Okay trip meter showed 1900 km so accent got it's first oil change and it's now breaked in if I understood right. (?)

Is it now safe and sensible to have some race without wrecking it or losing power in future? I'd like to have some fun at last.

NO. This is only your first oil change; the car should be run about 10K until the engine is broken in properly.

Well ok then I'll continue normal driving unless i hit 10 000 km. I really don't want to lose power.

so let's vary the rpms and don't hit over the 4000r/min and don't get the full throttle.

10,000km? Where did you see that? In the manual it says like 4,000 tops.
