Default Intro

Greetings

I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I'm very new to the Hyundai scene so some of you vet's will have to forgive my ignorance.

I've only looked at this site for about 20 minutes before becomming a registered user. The info I've found here has brought me one step closer to buying a Hyundai. Thats right, I do not actually own one......yet!

Last Saturday I test drove an 03 Tiburon GT. Not much I can really say that most who have experience the GT don't already know. Wow is one of the first words that come to mind.

The beautiful thing about this particular 03 is its still brand new. However its being sold as used. The first person to buy it had their finances fall through and had to return the car. Since it was driven off the lot as sold and then returned it now has to be sold as used. Means I get a better price.. The fact that is an 03 helps in that aspect as well.

The first ? I want to ask this site is pointed towards the tiburon drivers. All are welcome to respond though.

Is the Tiburon all its cracked up to be? Sure I was impressed when I test drove it, but I want some feedback from those who have owned and drove one for some time.

any info regarding this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Best regards

The `03 (& all other Tiburons) are well-built, great-handling cars with a fantastic warranty.
The V6 model is the top-of-range version with excellent performance (the manual gearbox is to be preferred). This model is probably a tad thirsty....maybe not by U.S. standards LOL!.....but all round, thoroughly recommended.

Enjoy!
Nick.
