New here with a dumb question about my Accent

Hi all I have a 2004 Accent and i just bought some speakers for it but didnt want to pay for the install, I got the rears in fine, however the fronts are a pain in the ass and i cant seem to get the door panel off in order to put the speakers in. ( the latch and lock are keeping the panel from popping off ) id appreciate any help you all can give me

On the Accent the door handle and lock have to slide out after the removal of the screw behind the lever. I think from memory they slide forward and pop out. You will also have to get the clips off the back of the handle too.

The other tough thing on the door removal is the window winder. It has an Omega clip on it, which is a horse shoe shaped clip that holds the bloody thing on (REALLY WELL). They are a pain in the bum but you will get it off with patience and a good screwdriver.

Best of luck mate. You may find you need to modify how they fit in the door, unless you bought the same size as stock.
