Default Aftermarket Speakers

Hey, just wonderin how to get the factory rear and front speakers out of an 04 Tibb? Got some new MTX's for both so I'm itchin to hear em....Thx

someone must know how to take off the rear speaker panel w/out snapin the tabs off it?

Well,
I haven't done any speaker work in a tiburon, but generally if you have a trunk. You have to pull the back part of the backseat out abit, then go into the trunk and push the plugs up through the back dash (metal).
That should enable you to remove the back dash pad (fabric over particle board). If that don't help then I guess you'll have to just look at it very thoroughly and figure it out

ok,thanks.....but on an 04 the speakers are in the plastic panel in the back seat side walls under the triagular window. Thanks again anyhow.

If it's anything like the 97, it's not that hard at all...

There are a couple screws and the rest are just friction clips. Just putting it back on correctly is a bit hard because you can't raelly align it up as well.
