Yeah you hit that nail right on the head. aranoid:
Anyhow what kind of spicing up do you want to do? Go fast, or look good, or a little of both. You should be able to find some good stuff at www.sharkracing.com, koremotorsports(can't think of the addy right now), i'm sure www.hve.com has some stuff, as well as hdkautosports (careful with that place). There are bound to be more that i missed so some one will pick up the slack for me. As for cheap unfortunately we don't drive civics and neons that have garbage trucks full of parts so we can't get anything for cheap, its all gunna cost you some major pocket change.
Oh yeah and welcome to the forums, there's alot of info here so just ask

Cheap is such a generalized word. When you say ceheap do you mean $25, $50, $100, or what do you consider cheap.

What type of mods do you want? Do you want to go faster or look faster? Do you want better handling?

You gotta be more specific with your questions are you won't get the help you are looking for.

Ask like this

I have $_______ and would like to spend it on something to make my car ________ . Do you guys have any suggestions?

Lets say I had $1000. What can I do to change both the interior and exterior(more sporty, or just different). I already decided to go with some cheap hub caps and paint them to match my car(rims will come with increased income). I am just looking for cheap adjustments that make the biggest difference.

Honestly dude, if you don't want to be laughed at then don't buy hubcaps and paint. It is better to look stock then to look cheap.

For $1000 you can buy a nice set of 16" rims and good tires. Not only will that give you better looks but the better tires will give better handling and better launches. Light wieght rims will also give you better acceleration.
