Default Nitrous and turbo?

Quote:
[body]Q: Are there benefits to using nitrous with turbo or super-charger applications?
A: Absolutely! In turbo applications, turbo lag is completely eliminated with the addition of a nitrous system. In addition, both turbo and superchargers compress the incoming air, thus heating it. With the injection of nitrous, a tremendous intercooling effect reduces intake charge temperatures by 75 degrees or more. Boost is usually increased as well, adding to even more power.

ok, as quoted nitrous would help to eliminate turbo lag in lower rpms, but is it also possible to use it in upper rpms when the turbo works on full boost without blow up the engine?

Default Re: Nitrous and turbo?

this is possible, but only with enough fuel and a strong enough bottom. A good idea would also be to get much better head studs, and o-ring the block.
