so am i correct is saying that 31N/18F 35HP is a 0.38"nozzle for nitrous and 0.18"nozzle for fuel? is there a standard fuel pressure to be used with these jets, and how would say a rrfpr affect this?

The "N" is nitrous and "F" is fuel. These are at 44psi fuel pressure. A RRFPR will throw off the calculations.

I would use a 43N/26F for 80.

but my question:

are these jet sized '48N' the measurement of the jet itself in thousandths of an inch?

48N = 0.048"hole?

Yes.

These are universal sizes and can be used on any Hyundai motor.
