WytchDctr, it is on the 1/8th. We don't have a 1/4 mile track down here for street tuners. I'm sure it's not the most reliable thing to do but I only spray every other friday ussually when there is a race. At the the race however i get about 10-15 runs in.

K-Spec, My buddy is running a dual stage 250 shot. It's on a hemi though so i'm sure he's ok ish. As for 2-3 bottles, I just finished my 4th and the car/clutch is still running fine. No knocks or smells or anything strange(knock on wood). Oh and i forgot, I have a MSD ignition on it aswell.

Grim, You gotta give me at least a month. Sorry bro, I just spent my tax return on parts so i gotta get the cash for the dyno runs. I'll get them to you.

I hope I can get you guys what you want here shortly, Slips/sheets. Well i have the slips, just don't know how to post them. I'll figure that out soon.

I beleive you. The reason why is because everyone thinks the alpha engine sucks, but this is not true. The alpha engine 1.6L in korea when properly tuned with a turbo can put out 250 whp reliably. Most people forgot that it is the alpha transmission that really sucks..... Think about it, IF you get some nice low compression internals and get a few engine mods (bulletproof) the engine, then it can run a reliable set-up. Most people don't want to build an engine the right way because it does cost a good amount of money and a good amount of time. I'm hoping to get passed the 200 whp on the alpha motor, but as i'm doing that i will have a built beta block for boost on the side, just in case. So just plan ahead and it can be accomplished. I ran a lousy 17.7 at the 1/4th mile and to me that is horrible....... Now i'm really focused on making my car faster, because i'm done with all the "look or show" mods.

basically, IMO, nitrous isnt the brightest way to go fast. To modify a hyundai to point of gaining insane amounts of horsepower.. as much as you are thinking. The best way is to go turbo. And with megasquirt and widebands being more avaliable, its becoming cheaper and cheaper. Plus, with accents the ECU is a carbon copy of a old school volkswagon, (Bosch ECUS, with different names) And having it be modtronic speed density, there is alot of guys out there that can tune the ECU by just driving in the car. Supplying yourself with a wideband can great improve you tunning abilities, and make your motor survive the extra hp.

Thanks for the advice K-Spec, I was going to buy one with this tax return i just got but it's gone already. I will have to save for it. Once I get the ARC-1 installed I will need the Wideband to tune it anyway. I'll keep everyone posted. Eitherway if I blow it another engine is what $500. Not to bad.

there is no way your stock clutch will hold a 110 shot without you smelling the friction disc burn to hell..... in which case means your clutch is wearing like a mofo......

well hes doing it because twice (2 different races, about one race every other week or so. gets about 7-10 runs a race) i've seen his car run between 9.9-10.3 on the 1/8 mile and I don't smell anything on his car when he docks it.

Thanks Shane. Grim just wants paper proof. I'll get it to him.

FYI: There's supposed to be races this friday if you wanna go. I'm still waiting for the ARC 1. It's at my boys house and he's out to sea. Don't want to bother his wife over it. Anyway see you there maybe.

Invitation open to everyone who make to SO-CAL
