I'm thinking about trying nitrous on my 2003 Elantra. The only upgrade I have is a K&N filter and my car is at about 50K now. I have read a little, but wanted some advise from those of you that have had experience. I hear wet is the way to go, any recommendations on where to buy the product from, and what additions to the kit I might consider. I'm looking to have a little fun without blowing my engine.
If I am going to replace the clutch do you think it is worth the money to install a Fidanza aluminum flywheel item # 193141. I have herd that aluminum flywheels are so effective that the are considered illegal in some racing formats.
I dont know one person who has regretted putting in that flywheel. Just know launching will be a little more tricky and you are taking some of the vibration dampening away from your bottom end going with less mass at the cranks end. :ermm: Might not be something you want to do if you play to spray big alot. Good thing, hyundai motors are cheap. 8D

Thanks for all of your help, sounds like you know what you are talking about. Next question is about intakes. I have read many things on short ram and cold air intakes, but have herd little about tuning the intake. Is there such a thing as one length of pipe producing better results than a shorter length. What I have read so far, seems that everyone is recommending the short ram, but I was looking at my intake today, and like like my car already pulls cold air from close to the bottom of the vehicle. If I go with the short ram seems like the air flow might be less restricted, but warmer. Lastly does it make a noticeable difference to use aluminum tube over say rubber plastic or steel?
