Default Emanansala / Hyundai / SEMA Hyundai Accent

hey guys you might remember me from back in the day with my 2 other Hyundai's (CODE BLUE!) (elitetiburon) and some might remember me from building the NOS Energy drinks Lexus Sc300, NOS Energy Drink Toyota Yaris, GM Pontiac Solcits, Boost Mobile Mazda speed 3, and the Subaru Sti for Subaru... I am getting to somewhere here and I am not trying to beat on my chest by any means ...

I was approached by Hyundai, to do another Hyundai! I was all over it, in all my interview and features I always say it all started with my Hyundai's (thinking about you guys when I am saying this). So with SEMA just weeks away Hyundai asked me to build this car for there Booth at SEMA I was all over it, in my eyes I am doing this for were I came from I hope you like it ...

I am going to keep this post on here to show you the progression of this build and would like the support of our online community to have this brand culture grow!! so show some love ... please !! :3_koning:

The first car Hyundai Accent (CODE BLUE!)

My Hyundai Tiburon

the Lexus !

Yaris x 2

the pontiac

STI

Boost Mobile Mazda Speed 3

HighEnd Performance (East) r33

OK OK OK enough of the crap ... hahah :3_confuse :3_sleepey

here is the accent at its current state ...

and what it will look like

ok so blah blah blah hope you guys like it look for it at SEMA in the Hyundai booth!

the kit cost me almost 10K (small discount) one off kit (paint and all)! I wanted to go with a Rally car look on a street car! Its 2in wide in the front and 4in wide the rear, fully fiber glassed completely one off the HIGH END body kits are pricey but its status too ... this is a OE car so I had the go the concept building route!

Motor after SEMA I swapping a Beta II in and doing a custom turbo set up at High End East!

High End east will be doing my roll cage as well, with a full Rally interior (switches, carbon plates and est.)

Suspension is going to be a full eibach set up from Germany, my boys over at Eibach told me that the they support the Hyundai team's in Germany (pretty dope system)

To be honest with you this will be a show piece for 08 but when were done I hitting the track with it and time attacking it when I can ...

I hope you like what you see I know its a bit wordy I was just trying to cover off some questions let me know what you think ... and I will be flying to Cali next week to wrap up the car, the car is paint over the weekend and we will post pics when we can thank you again !!

ernie ...

nice job on the hyundai's but i'd take off that silly looking spoiler attached to the hatch..
it's gonna create more drag that aero efficiency..

I'd tone down the fast and the furious hype down a bit by deleting oversize stickers and the ricey roof scoop.

you bring a fresh wave of hype into this boards plagued by whoremonger's and spammers..

That's cool. Congrats on getting the opportunity!

I'll admit it's tough for me to visualize what it will look like completed. I guess that's one of the reasons you do this and I don't. I think it will come out good in the end though.

Tak, it's a SEMA show car, not a tastefully understated daily driver. They're going for different effects. Nobody's sticking the spoiler on there for downforce. It's built to get attention, and I suspect it will have no trouble getting attention.

I also say remove the spoiler. The MC Accent hatch looks dumb with it on the car.

Actually, based on the drawing, the wing fits right in.

Rally picture reminds me a little of the Ford Focus WRC. I think the car is gonna look good.

hey guys thanks for the kinda words .. yea i am kinda ehhh about the wing to, and same with the roof scoop, but like i said its a rally street car .. and thats the theme we are going with bc yes its a SEMA car ... if i posted this earlier i may have gotten this feed back and removed the wing ... and scoop but again its just a theme, the reason of this post was to show Hyundai that there is a great community out there on the forums and there are allot of great Hyundai Owners out there ... please keep the feed back positive so that I weed out the negatives and get some positive feed back to show these guys so that they continue to support our community of Hyundai Tuners, I went from all the cars in the past to come back to this community for it to grow! show your love
