What is everybody's thought on sharkracing?
basically here's my story, i ordered some headlights 1 1/2 months ago and it hasn't even shipped out yet. I've sent them an e-mail saying I can't wait any longer and they replied back with their generic, "Our headlights are custom made and we have many orders to contend with, I ensure you that you'll be more than happy when you get your headlights."
I sent them another e-mail back saying, "I just want a refund please."
No reply
sent them another, "Can I have a refund please."
No reply
So here is my last one before i start a claim against them thru paypal:
"I've sent a few e-mail asking for a refund for my headlights, its taking too long, I will start a claim if I don't get a refund before Friday. I hope this is not how you do normal business, sure when someone wants to order something your quick to get there money, but not quick to deliver. Now I want my refund and I don't get any replies back?"
No reply so far and its been a day since the last one...
has anyone else had problems like this?
