Alright, I ordered angel eyes for my old accent, and well here is my experience.

All our headlights are custom-made, so take a little longer to ship than our other products. We will try to ship as soon as possible. When we do ship, we will send you the tracking number. Thank you for your understanding.

I would like a refund on this item, i have ordered it a month and a half ago and it still hasn't shipped out yet.

We state on our site that all our angel eye headlights are custom-made, so take a little longer than other items. We offer the best quality headlights and as a result, we have a lot of headlights orders to contend with. Please be assured that we will ship as soon as we can, and you will be more than satisfied with our headlights.

Kind of sounds like a broken record to me and doesn't put the money back in my pocket. Back to the story.

I've sent a few e-mail asking for a refund for my headlights, its taking too long, I will start a chargeback if I don't get a refund before Friday. I hope this is not how you do normal business, sure when someone wants to order something your quick to get there money, but not quick to deliver. Now I want my refund and I don't get any replies back?

Sorry but we never got an email from you asking for a refund. We have put a notice on our site asking our customers to email us at our GMAIL account if they do not get a reply within a few days from our regular email account.

For the headlights, we specifically state on our site that all our angel eye headlights are custom-made, so take a little longer to ship than our other products. Since there are so many different combinations of colors and headlights, not to mention the fact that these are very popular to our customers, we really can't make them ahead of time. If you really want a refund, we can grant you the refund, but your lights are all ready to ship. If you are willing to accept the lights, we can ship this week, and you can get the lights by Monday or so.

I would just like a refund this time, but in the future I will let this slide and forget it happened, as a manger I understand that things happen and I will consider Shark Racing in the future for purchases for my Tiburon as well as my accent.

We can grant the refund, but I fail to see what you mean by saying that you will "let it slide". What are you letting slide? As I said, we specifically say beforehand that all headlights are shipped later than other products because they are custom-made, so I fail to see what you are letting slide.

I got my refund. Now they want to argue with me again.....

As I said before, your headlights were all ready to be shipped, and it happens that we have another customer who ordered the same combination as you did, so he lucked out by getting his earlier. If we didn't have a customer to ship these to, the refund would not have been so easily refunded. Just so you know, since these are all custom-made.

What communication problem? I checked our regular emails, and we had replied to your most recent emails. If you haven't received a reply within a few days, we have a notice on the site, asking people to email us at this Gmail account, since email is sometimes unreliable.
I just checked this email account, and you had never emailed us here.

OK, well this is going nowhere. I sent 3 e-mails to your other e-mail address, which I've got reply's on prior to this, it just so happens that when I wanted a refund all the e-mails I sent apparently didn't get received. And somehow that is my fault? You are correct i've never e-mailed you at this one because I thought your official "@sharkracing.com" would be the main one that you check, just like every other company in the world. (if i wanted to talk to microsoft i wouldn't e-mail microsoft@gmail.com)

Regardless of the fact that I didn't e-mail your gmail account, the problem got resolved and I'm satisfied, I told you I would give you my business in the future, yet you still seem to be arguing with me. Instead of pushing the argument further and further, I'm not your boss or anything, but use this as a training experience in customer service. Because there are people out there that are a lot worse than me.

Now just seeing what they say back, if they still want to argue with me lol. Do you see any customer service there? All they are doing is being childish and trying to cover their ass and still no customer service, sure they gave me my refund, but they're still arguing about it with me and the only way i could get my money back was by filing a dispute with paypal.

That is a lot of money to pay up front and to have to wait that long for it to ship is kinda silly. I think a small deposit up front and then the rest when they are ready to ship would have made more sense. Maybe that's just how they do business in Korea?

thank you for posting that, i was actually considering purchasing the exact same lights, but now i think for my first purchase from them i will buy something small and pre made. like a sticker or the switch blade key.

They said it will take longer to ship. Not everything is made before hand. Personally I don't think the shipping times were unreasonable at all considering the product.

I am not impressed with them taking issue with the letting it slide comment, but in reality I agree with their position on it. They should have dropped it instead of arguing though once they decided to issue your refund.

where it was past that time by a couple weeks and it still hasn't even been shipped, now I would completely understand if it was shipped already, because shipping from Korea isn't too quick, but it hasn't even been shipped 7-8 weeks later.

i had the same experience with evofusionusa that i did with sharkracing. i gave them money, except it was over 3 months and still no headlights, they kept saying the container is coming the container is coming. so i had to try to get a refund.
