Default Need Roommate Help

So little background information on me:
21 yr old Male, single, Junior at a Major University. I've lived with another male roommate who was a friend of mine, we ended up hating each other. Right now I love at home.

I'm looking to move out in the next few weeks here and I need help here with my potential roomie who happens to be one of my really close friends who I really care about.

She's a 20 yr old girl, single, cute as shit, well endowed, and a bit of a party animal. I have no problem with that since we usually go out together and all share mutual friends. The problem comes in mostly because I'm a young guy fueled by hormones.

I'm wondering what it's going to be like when one of us starts dating someone else, having people stay the night, staying the night at other people's, etc...

Basically I can see a jealousy and desire factor coming in, mostly on my part. Wondering if any of you have experienced this, if things got easier, turned out shitty, whatever you got....

That would be tough for me personally, but I'm the attached/jealous type.

If you could see one of you getting jealous then dont' do it.

I let my ex move in after we broke up and it was hard coming home to find her new b/f making out with her on my couch. Didn't help that he worked with some of my coworkers and had more authority than me.

In the end, we both did a bunch of stupid passive aggressive stuff and didn't get along for years. We're on speaking terms now, it was hell when we lived together.

Either hook up with her yourself, or don't live with someone you might want.
