Default tiburon cylinder 1 and 2 problems please help!

alright so i have a 2000 tiburon i just bought about a week ago. Bought it in decent condition but it ran really crappy. so i figured it would be a quick way to make money bein in all i bought it cheap. So the CEL was on so first thing i did is take is to Autozone to read the code. The code says cylinder 1 and 2 misfire. The guy who sold it to me said the catylitic converter needed to be replaced which is why its been crappin out. Guy at autozone told me that the cat converter wont cause that so i listened to him. I changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires, ignition coil, put in some Lucus fuel injector cleaner, and replaced the factory TPS with a Kefico. I dont know what else to do. The car idles better but has no power, i can barely make is up a small hill. Bought this car for work and its been standin since the second day i bought it.

Anyone know what could be going on? Could it be the catylitic converter? maybe melted the internal honeycomb shit in it?
