Default Best cat-back system for the 2001 TIB...need help?

I posted somethin like this before but cant find it. I really don't wanna get rid of the car...it just seems to be laggin alot, almost like its choking...I dunno. So I considered gettin a better exhaust and CAI. Are these both really worth the money and do u get a noticeably better throttle response, cause I definately need to improve that. Can't remember the exhaust u guys recommended...want one with decent hp gains and a nice purr to it, not the sound of a hi pitch wind up toy like on all the cheap hondas i hear around here....What do you guys think is the best. And I'm going to get the AEM CAI asap. Which should I get first....thanks~:hmmm:

We've sold many MBRP exhausts with great success. Here's some more info (soundclips available):

If you're goin catback, either get KORE or MBRP. Both run about 500, and hp gains are around 12-16 whp, and 14-18 wtq. The KORE comes with a silencer though, and you'll get the best performance gains from an exhaust and a cold air intake. Good luck!!

12-16whp...you're smoking crack. No cat-back will ever give you that much.

Never say never. People swear up and down that a CAI can't give me 11 whp.... Then I break out the dyno chart.

Never seen a dyno chart do that for a catback though....I don't believe 12 whp for my catback...you can feel 12whp. I felt about that after I put my headers on, thats about it. Maybe I was just feeling my self farting.
