let me tell you something..........hyundai used to suck donkey balls but people are actually scared to see then come up and succeed like they are doing now.......with the release of the new sonata the upgraded xg300 and the new tiburon Hyundai will break new ground just as they are doing now......but it will be even bigger soon.....there is nothing wrong with hondas it is the drivers who suck donkey ballz too.....i say fuck everyone and go for what you like.......you go test drive it if you like it and want it then buy it and tell everyone to go to hell.........it is your decision....now if you are buying the car to build up your status you might want to look elsewhere such as bmw mercedes.....but if yoiu want a kick ass car for a kick ass price you cant go wrong with hyundai......

Couldn't have said it better myself, Mister694. I have to emphasaize the fact that its the Honda owners that suck, not the cars themselves. If it weren't for the onwers, I may have more respect for Honda.

Another reason is that I can smoke any civic in town. The SIR's are the only ones that put up a fight. All I have is custom CAI, muffler, and underdrive pulley, and I can beat an SI-R by 1 car length.

You can't forget the slogan of this page...

"Rally tested. Tuner approved."

Accent, Elantra, and Tib rally cars...

Hyundai is really improving and they have a lot of good cars in their lineup.

I like the idea, and don't usually care what other people think too much. I figure these guys are closed minded because of HMC's past. I test drove a 2nd gen, and I liked it. Plus I like the warranty. The thing is really that I've heard SO much negative about them, I needed to hear some positives. I've studied the specs on a bunch of cars, and I like the specs on the tib. My first car was a Probe LX, and even with mods, it's not as powerful as the Elisa Tib...

So...I want a car now, but my Dad, in his wisdom is telling me that it's worth waiting for, and that I'll be MUCH happier with a v6 than an i4. The older I get, the smarter my pop gets...yall ever notice that?<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Just remember... Honda used to be exactly like Hyundai. Piece of shit econoboxes...now look at them. The cars themselves are great cars now, and they have a huge aftermarket... Hyundai will be following the same path I believe...
