Default Door handles, bagdes, etc.,...

I don't quite understand the concept of "shaving" your door handles , and other misc. parts... what is shaving exatcly, and what benefits does it give you? Thanx

Its basically taking off your door handles, emblems, etc, and smoothing the look of the car. It's great for scoring points in car shows.

It basically will look like this...

If you shave your door handles, you will need a popper, which pops your door open when you need to get in, etc. Low & Show can tell you more about that kind of stuff.

jgraham has the basic idea. all it is, is removing the part you wish to and filling in the holes and smoothing it to flow smoothly wwith the car. the downside to shaving door handles is if you are in an accident the rescue workers may not be able to get you out of the car as fast if you can't open the door, because they have no way of opening it.
