Default HID's for 2nd gen?

I'd like to know how much, what work does it require ect. I've seen them on ebay but was hesitant on buying because the mounting looked different, like you would have to buy a new bumper/front end. Whos got the 411> Also anyone want to buy alteza lights? Near new set $100 for 2nd gen. Off the subj. but gotta try.:

What type of altezza? APC style or SR (3 circles or 4)? Chrome housing or CF/smoked? Post pictures if possible. I would also like to know who here has HID installed on a 2nd gen tib, I would like to talk one-on-one.

If I see any more about the altezza I and locking this!.
You wanna sell them, hit the sell FORUM.

Now about HID.

Any h7 kit will work, try to stay in the 6000k range for temperature.
as that is the best light. higher does not mean better.

You will need to do some wiring and some mods to the housing to fit the bulb.

Are there any suggestions on HID brands? or an estimated 'good' price (vs. getting ripped off)?

I just bought a set of Hella H7 6000K HIDs off ebay last Wednesday and I still haven't seen them. Hopefully they will get here soon then I can get some pix up.

Well, if you want to spend that much, there are some available. Otherwise check out PIAA Super Plasma bulbs. Closest thing you can get to HID without spending $400+. I'm gonna pick up a set in a couple weeks, they're damn nice. $80 a pair, but damn nice. Still nowhere near as expensive as HIDs.
