ok about the AEM CAI what u mean it dont fit? if there seems to be a black canister under the battery where the filter is supposed to go, that means u dont have the revision A tibi, wich means your screwed. u can relocate it, but its a pain, and u cant take it out without passing emmisions.

moonroof, cant help u

lugnuts are no porblem, try going to any tire place, like discount tire, i needed some and they gave me 5 for free, so just go and ask

motor cover, wouldnt be that hard to find. theres a lot fo things u can do, junkyard, do search on the net for hyundai motor covers for sale or something and eventually you will find something. or if all else fails go to a dealership and ask them

hope it helps somewhat. good luck

You should add your car to your profile so that it shows up under your screen name like most of the other members.

A change with the revision A tiburon.

you must have a revision a tib, that's why your cai wouldn't fit. where did you move the canister to?

Hey,
I also bought the AEM CAI and I have the revision A, what I did was that i just connected in a loop. I removed the block box, there are 2 lines, I connected those 2 lines, just dont connect the 3 hoses that go to the Vap Cannister. thats what I did and my car is working fine, you're gonna get a CEL tho. I did this while I relocate the Vap Cannister, I think im going to put it right next to the battery.
hope that helps a bit

NO NO NO NO NO do not put the canister by your battery do not do that i was at the hyundai dealer in madison wisconsin and they said there was 1 place to put it that would make sense and that was just farther up in the front bumper.... the reason you do not want it by the battery because it has gas fumes that sneak out of it every now and then and if the battery were to spark it could light those fumes and have 1 huge explosion that would run right through your gas line...... so if you want i will take pictures of where i put mine cause i would really hate for you to blow up your car dude that would suck cause you probably would be in it....... i even was going to put it there and they guy said if i put it there i have 1 month to live lol (he might have been kidding) but.... im living by that line casue i would have put it there but.... this spot works and will not blow up me and my car.... so i will get some pictures and then you can just do what i did... YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LISTEN TO ME BUT THIS IS JUST WHAT I WAS TOLD!!!!

Thanks
Josh R.
