Default will 2001 clear corners fit a 97 tibi?

hey, i like the look of clear corners of the 2001 tibis, i dont like the ridges that they have for the 97. anyways are they the same size?

and one more question, are the gauges in the 1st and 2nd gen tibis the same? cause there are better indiglo gauges for the 2nd gen tibi, and the 1st has none and i would like to put the 2nd gen gauges on my car. thanks

From the looks of it, they look different.
I think the guages are different also. The holes might not match up. You should be able to find some guages though.

The clear corners won't fit, but the gauges will... I have a friend with indiglos on a '97 Tib that were made for a 2nd gen.

You have to refit the holes for the gauges and the clear corners will not fit.
Even with the newer ones made for the 97 you might have to use the old light (socket). I have a 97 and I installed mine and they wouldn't plug in so I had to use the older bulb socket and luckily it fit.
