Default Has anyone ever dealt with performance tuning?

I've been thinking about buying a B&M short shifter from them. The price is right at 112.00. Thank you for any info.

I have the B&M and I absolutly love it. 112 is a good price, I paid 125, but the average price I have seen is arounf 130-150.

The install is also very simple, the B&M come with good intructions. Just make sure you get the right one for you car. the 01 Tib has two versions...

You NEED to take the shifter surround off and look at the color of the shifter's mounting plate. Because Hyundai Switched mounting plates hlaf way though the 2001 model life.

WHITE: 45119
BLACK: 45115

I was really asking if anyone has dealt with Performance Tuning, the company. I've read several places about the shifter being a good upgrade.

I've bought a few things from PTuning and got most of my orders within 4 days. One order took a little longer but they didn't have it in stock, I still got it within 10 days. Only thing about them is they don't have many products for Tibs.

I have never dealt with that shop, but all you have to do is purchase the shifter. It is a 15 minute install sitting in your driveway. The shifter comes with very good instructions and only requires Needle Nose pliers and a 14mm Wrench.

Dweet: I do not know when in the year they changed. You pretty much just have to look.

Well fellas, I just ordered the B&M from Ptuning. The fella I talked to seemed very nice. He is willing to let me send it back if it is the wrong one. I hope all of you are correct about the base plate and color as to which shifter to order. By the way my car was done November 15th 2000 and had the black base plate.

You only have to worry about the Base Plate color if you have an '01.
